Spiritual Emphasis month-JulySpiritual Emphasis MonthDaily Quite Time Quote from Christ Temple: Every year, the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC) observes July as The Spiritual Emphasis Month during which period members of the church all over the world fast, pray and also seek the face of the Lord concerning His will and purposes for their lives. Every day during The Spiritual Emphasis Month, members of the church meet briefly to pray for nations, the church, families and their personal lives. It is also a time of transformation, renewal and empowerment for greater works in the lives of God’s people. The Spiritual Emphasis Month begins in North america with the “Greater Works Conference” with the Dr. Mensa Otabil, General Overseer of ICGC in attendance. This year’s Greater Works Conference was held from Thursday, 12th June to Sunday, 14th June 2009 at Dominion Temple in The Bronx, New York. The Guest Speaker was Dr. Mensa Otabil. Phone-In Prayer LinePhone-In Prayer Line UpdateI wish to update you on our newly acquired phone-in prayer line 712-423-0080 with its access code 958682. First caller to this line will always encounter a musical interlude till a second caller comes on the line, then the music will cease. My suggestion is that when you are the first caller, just keep praying since we haven't set up a time frame for our meetings. We are however trying to put our Wednesday service on phone between 7pm - 8pm to enable those who are unable to attend to join us on phone. Our Saturday meetings between 5:30pm - 6:30pm are also sechuduled to be put on phone, likewise our Sunday services also.
Please note that these phone services are not meant for you to stay home. It is for those who have valid excuse not to be physically at church.
The church will be periodically coming out with special prayer timings for us all to meet on phone and pray.

GreaterWorks conference for the year 2009 was held at the New York ICGC church auditorium. It was an exciting time to meet together as an ICGC family outside Ghana, here in the United States. Being that it has been quite sometime now since some of us heard The General Overseer (Doc) speak to us. For us, this was a life changing experience. The message was good and we all need to change and think about our live here in the United states a little differently.
We are very happy this conference is a gathering that has come to stay and we are already looking forward to next year's Greater works conference. If you missed this year's, don't miss next year's. meet you there. Bye!
Pastor Nana Danquah: It was a great feeling to be mixed with ICGC members once again. The feeling was like camp meeting. I will always want to do it again.
Lawrence: Wow, I enjoyed every bit of it. It was phenomenal. Everybody I spoke to after the services was very excited. The saturday message was my favorite. I will continue to play it. It inspires me so much. I w ill be there next year. You be there too. Where ever it goes. Mrs. Danquah: I enjoyed it very much. You only have to be there to feel what I am saying.
