The pastorate from time to time recieve parishners who are in need of spiritual direction or advice in the face of life's challenging circumstances and attempt with divine wisdom to help with Godly advice and or suggestions.
The above is one of the main role of the pastorate. The Senior Pastor in performing this role is being assisted by the assisting pastors in the way the Senior Pastor deligates.
The pastorate apart from performing the counciling role also engage in visitations as to parishners either at home, on a hospital bed, prison or any other situation.
The desire or decision to visit any body is however the pastors' own prerogative.
This service is mainly to their parishners, however the pastorate has the freedom in extending this compassionate service to any body that he/she is a parishner or not.
Just as a shepherd cares for his flock, the pastors attempt to care for their parishners.
Never hesitate to bring an issue to the knowledge of the Senior Pastor, for you will be in safe hands in doing that.
This department involves itself with the day to day running of the church and coordinates the various ministries and departments of the church as to focus them on achieving set goals and targets.
It primarily does it function by controlling the flow of finance, budgeting and forcasting church resources.
The department in coordination with the accounting department are responsible for the financial reporting necessary in the running of the church.
It has at the head of its leadership a church administrator that is usually well versed in church administration.
It advices leadership on projects and points out the bottlenecks in proposals with the view of tailoring chucrh resouces to project that are essentailly benefitial to the church.
It also seeks and locates avenues for harnessing revenue for church projects and investment opportunities in the interest of the church.
Not too many people join this department.

It is the ministry that involves itself with everything that concerns music in the church or outside the church (representing the church). There are responsible for musical equipment,sound instruments as well as song ministers and the choir.
Their responsibility in the church is to creat that spiritual atmosphere through the use of music to usher the congregation into the throne room of God in praise and worship.
The ministry from time to time organize musical programs or participate in musical programs.
They are funded primarily by the church and other kind donations that they may receive.
Membership is open to member of the church. People are always needed to join this ministry.

Members of this ministry are obvious at church and should be very easy for anybody who wants to join them to do so and likewise others who want to contact them for other issues.

This is the Media & Publications Ministry of the Church. This Ministry involves itself which the task of providibg all the printed, audio and other publication materials of the church.
They may design and print or publish any church literary material or may use the services of other professional to achieve their goals
In performing their functions, they at times have to purchase equipment and other tools necessary for their activities.
Publications such as church brochures, welcome forms, tithe and offering envelopes, thank you cards, messages on CD, messages on DVD and all other publications including devotional guides, websites, projector equipment are handled by this ministry.
It is made up of few individual who will be pleased to use any help.

This is the 'Power House' of the church. this department focuses on praying and inteceeding for the church, its members and the general christian body and any thing that the spirits lays upon their heart to pray about.
The organize special prayer sessions where members come and interceed. They usually organize such meetings on saturday mornings.
They are the department responsible for leading the intercessory time during sunday church service. They usually also lead the prayer time during our monthly "Half Night" service.
It is a strong and vibrant ministry. Their prayer sessios are open to the public and not only members of dominion Temple.
It has a leader who usually lead the prayer sessions and coordinates and plans the activities of this ministry.
We are all encouraged to be part of this ministry.
It is said that "a church that does not pray does not conquer". Thus a prayerless church is a dying church.

This department is the future of Liberty. It is made up of all our children who will be the future leaders tomorrow. It it therefore clear that what we put into them now will shape the future of the world. It we let them 'rot', we know what the future will be like.
For America to continue to be a great nation will depend on what we feed into the minds and attitudes of our children.
For this matter we have the most dedicated and influencial individuals an great role models as their teachers and mentors.
This department is so vibrant we have litrary witnessed children that were considered attention deficit by the school system transformed into best tutored kids. There are so many testimonies of that, all to the glory of God.
We can easily say it is one of the challenging ministries in the church.
Becoming a volunteer teacher in this ministry is a little bit excruciating, since unless you have that 'Heart, that says let the Children come to me...' you may not be able to cope.
There are various age categories in this department to ensure control and a teacherable environment.
0-1 stay with mother during service
1-6 years are in a separate class and have their own instructor.
6-13 years are in a separate class and have their own instructor.
13-18 are the oldest in this ministry and with their Pastor, they form the youth ministry of the church.

This Department concerns itself with new-birth counseling and follow-up. Usually any new visitor to our church will be contacted by a member of this department to find out their status in the Lord and to device a strategy to help if needed.
For visitors who are receiving Christ for the first time, this is the departmet that should be contacted. It is like a sheepherd ministry to new converts.
The counsellors in our church can be identified by the badges they wear.They are the first level of help after the Holy Spirit has done its initial work of conviction and convertion.
To become a member; of this department, you have to approach the head of this department and consider having some introductory lessons as to how their procedure works.

This department is responsible for the collection and disbursement of all funds recieved by Dominion Temple. It renders yearly and quarterly account briefing to the various church bodies. Its activities are audited as per the procedures and stipulation of the Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
It is the church department that is responsible for the keeping and rendering of all church accounts and presents the at documents to the IRS and any body of persons required.
In the event that your deductable contributions for the year are not received or has any problem, this is the deapartment you will have to contact for any corrections to be made.
Members of this department are specialized and skilled in the things that they do. It is a specialized department and so therefore has certain critiria for membership.
It is one of the very small departments in the church. The easiest way to contact this department at church is to go the ushering and accounting office and there is definately a representative of the Accounting Department there to help you. alternatively you may ask for information about getting into contact with members of this department through the publications desk.
It is a mainly voluntary department that requires honesty from its members. You may visit the Accounting Department next time you are in church.

The Ushering Department is that department that preoccupies itself with making congregants comfortable in church.
They usually gather to set up the auditorium for service, welcome parishners as they arrive for service, seat them comfortably in a way that will make room for easy access and flow, and many more roles to ensure the success of every service.
The ushering department has a departmental head who coordinates the activities of the department and devices new strategies to enhance the worship experience from their perspective.
The department is also responsible for collecting the offerings in church, counting the money and imputing the offering data into the church accounting system before handing over the actual cash to the accounting department.
You will see members of this department standing around at church. They are officially allowed to move about in performance of their roles.
Most of them were an usher tag and are easily recognized.
You can approach any of the ushers if you intend to join this department and they will direct you to the appropriate individual to see.

Every sunday during service an announcer reads an introduces the church to any first time visitor and reads an announcement before the song ministration and then the preaching of the message.
There are a miximum of six (6) announcers at every time with four of them rotating on a regular basis and two (2) operating as stand-by announcer. The announcers are coordinated by one announcer who schedule and coordinates their activities.
Any new announcement to the church is channeled through the coordinator and if necessary the coordinator will undertake the other procedures necessary for it to be announced or will educate you on the procedures necessary.
